Memory never changes scenarios, routing signals, send-blocking, or what levels are allowed.
Tier
Free tier clamps to L3 regardless of toggle. Server enforces this.
Wisdom Tradition
When stabilized (L3+), optionally include relevant wisdom context from your tradition. Not advice. Not pastoral counseling. Just context.
Important
thinkB4 is not therapy, not pastoral counseling, and not a religious tool. It is a pre-action decision-regulation engine. Wisdom traditions are optional context offered only when the engine determines you are in a stabilized state (Level 3+).
